Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
Domestic flat-rate standard shipping is available within Australia via Australia Post on all orders for AU$10. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over AU$99, and will be automatically applied at checkout where applicable.

International Shipping
International shipping is available for AU$15 on all orders, excluding my fine art print products which can only be shipped within Australia at this point in time. Please note that I am unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.

How will my order be shipped?

I am proud to be a part of the noissue Eco Packaging Alliance. All of my handmade orders are packed using eco-friendly noissue tissue paper, and popped in a 100% compostable plant-based mailer.

My made-to-order fine art prints are shipped direct through my print supplier and are packaged to prevent damage on their journey to your door.

Delivery Times

Handmade Orders
All handmade orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days, or next business day for orders placed on weekends or public holidays (in the ACT, Australia). A delivery time of 1-5 business days is expected for Australian orders, and 4-10 business days for International orders. However, this may vary depending on your delivery address.

Print Orders
All of my prints are made to order and will generally be on their way to you within 7-10 business days.

All orders placed will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout once shipped. This tracking number can be entered via the corresponding courier’s website for detailed information on when your order will arrive. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving via email for your tracking number to register.

During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection or new product launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. I will always endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

If you have not received your item/s within the expected delivery times, please email me with your full name and order number and I will take chase up your delivery immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

If you want to change your order please email hello@raegocreative.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and I will do my best to help. I try my best to ship as quickly as possible, so hopefully we can catch it, however I’m not able to guarantee this.

Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check my returns and refunds policy below.

Returns Policy

I want you to love your products as much as I do, so if you’re not happy with your purchase I am happy to offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on all orders, excluding digital products. To submit a return please email hello@raegocreative.com.au with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note refunds will only be issued for the product price, and will not be given for postage costs you may have incurred in your original order.

Any item deemed faulty can be returned for a full refund and I will cover the cost of return shipping. If you believe your item is faulty please email hello@raegocreative.com.au with your name, order number and images of the fault for review.

Please note I am not able to offer any refunds to digital products.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, your credit card numbers are very safe with me! My site is Level 1 PCI compliant (the highest possible). The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure. Companies that want to sell online and accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards, are required to be PCI compliant. Read more here.

Where are your products made?

All of my handmade products are designed and made right here in Canberra, Australia. My fine art prints are produced through a third-party supplier and are also made in Australia.
